The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in Hospitality and/or Group Travel sales is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates a high level of effort and commitment to job assignments and company goals
  • Answers phone calls and inquiries
  • Prepares quotes for charter sales
  • Follows up with customers
  • Books charters and maintain charters using booking software
