Hotard Coaches, Inc. is accepting applications for a Training Manager,  based in our New Orleans office. The Training Manager assists in planning, organizing, and conducting a variety of training activities for both new and existing motorcoach operators.  

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in compliance and training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High Level of attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Assist in hiring and training new motorcoach operators
Monitor driver behavior through safety software 
Help maintain a culture of safety in the Hotard organization
Work with the maintenance department to maintain safe vehicles
File all needed safety and compliance reports
Follows all company policies and procedures
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Demonstrates a high level of effort and commitment to job assignments and company goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement
Minimal of Three (3) Years Motor Coach experience
Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and local city and state Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Computer proficiency in processing programs, spreadsheets, email platforms, and other communication tools.
Professional written and oral communication
